It wasn't completely painless, but the sensation was more like needles than fire. It was something she could endure; it seemed to be fading, even if only slowly. She practiced by lowering to a crouch and standing. And after few flexes, she lingered at the level of the sand and began to do something which she should have done right away. Her mind was slowly clearing, too.
