Who: Link, Midna, and Zelda
Where: The Rear End
When: [Backdated for Saturday night]
What: Link has been challenged to a mechanical bull contest, and has subsequently challenged Zelda as well.
Warnings/Rating: None likely? Though it's a strip club, so... there's that.
Status: Ongoing and Closed

Link stepped out of the cab as it came to a rumbling stop near the front of Midna's club. Staring at the name of the place The Rear End Link just shook his head. They could have gone with something a tiny bit more subtle, but it worked he supposed. No one was likely to get too confused on where they were going after all. Reaching into his pocket he pulled out some of his money and handed it to the cabbie, waving him off before making his way for the front door.

The night was, once again, a warm one with the winds providing a cooling breeze off the ocean that made the night all that more relaxing and comfortable. The feeling was nice, and the sky was clear of too many clouds providing a nice illumination across the valley. Starlight and city light combining to create a sort of perpetual twilight over Orange County. Link had to admit he was surprised, when pulling up he was expecting to see a dark, seedy sort of looking place; the sort of place that kind of hid what it was in the shadows, that tried to keep the judgment of the world off of it.

Instead, the outside at least looked relatively nice, like an actual night club. Then he supposed there wasn't much different between the two; just that here you paid up front to get to see nudity, where at a night club you bought drinks for a similar purpose, and usually cost a lot more.

Marching to the front of the door, he held out his ID to the bouncer, who then let him in and he smiled to the first waitress he saw, nodding his head to her. Link wasn't as casual as he usually looked, since it was a club and knew that Zelda and Midna always seemed to come with their A game to things. So he'd gone out and purchased a bit more clothes. A dark green sports coat, slim fitted, was worn over a white button up shirt that was left untucked for the evening and was left slightly unbuttoned near the top to keep with a casual, but semi-formal look. A gold chain hung around his neck, which he usually kept out of view though tonight came a bit more into view. On the end was a gold triangle piece. Jeans and a pair of black boots capped off the look, as well as a dark green hat newsboy cap that matched the jacket.

Checking his watch as he stepped inside, he then readjusted his clothing, feeling slightly less than himself in the outfit, but damn it he wasn't going to look like a country bumpkin here. Immediately his senses and emotions were hit all at once, the air was full of that 'you're supposed to feel guilty' tension, but also a bit of curiosity, and excitement. The images before him had Link clearing his throat a couple of times, and awkwardly looking away as he moved his way through the club to see if he could find Midna.

He went to the bar first though, and ordered a double whiskey, Glenlivet 12 year, and began to meander through, sipping his from his whiskey glass. Eye contact being avoided with people he didn't recognize. It was obvious that Link wasn't necessarily sheltered, just not the most experienced in all of life's facets. He didn't do the 'go out' thing often, after all.
