The Doctor seemed to frown in exasperation when she accused him of sounding like Anakin, and he shot a look at her, "Can you truly look at me and accuse me of talking about destiny? Me of all people? I do not believe in destiny, destiny is a terrible lie. Time and the future is always moving, the past always in flux and in danger, I should know. And you should know me better than that."
He huffed a bit and then moved towards her, "And I do not believe you're weak. What I'm telling you is that I'm the Doctor. I am him. I may be Troy too, but I share the Doctor's memories, and his heart, and I choose to live for his ideals."
Finally he just frowned, watching her and just shook his head, "Anakin it is then. Of course it is, it's really the only thing that makes sense in the end of it... alright, something must be done then. I need to figure out how to bypass his power, at least long enough for me to block him from using it..."
Troy thought a moment, beginning to pace, then looked back at her, "Have you heard from him since he attacked you?"
