"Not fair, because you'd already met me, technically; sort of, well kind of at least. Time Travel, it's always just so wobbly, someone should fix it. Though it wouldn't be quite as fun..." Troy patted around at his jacket before frowning, "I still don't have the screwdriver you know, wish I did, it's nice to toss about sometimes. To feel like you're scanning something, making a difference..."
He moved towards her bed once more, this time moving to the other side to hop into it, laying back next to her, resting his hands on his stomach before looking at her, "John came over, saw the machine you know. Figured out straight away what it was for, which confirms to me that I knew all along what I was doing. It's supposed to find the TARDIS. Not sure it'll succeed though, can't be completely sure at least. Still trying to figure out why I felt the need for your hair clip, and why it still feels like I'm missing something."
He then seemed to switch gears, frowning a bit when he looked over to her once more. Staring at her, "I never talked to you about Samuel. You never told me. Your father did, but you didn't... I didn't want to bring it up, it's your choice of course. I still wonder though, why didn't you?"
He smiled a sad smile and leaned towards her with a chuckle, "He'd have had a fit with all of these dreams of yours."
