Who: The Lovely Inquisition Ladies (Josephine, Leliana, Cassandra)
What: Girls outing turns into a mission of getting Cassandra laid.
When: Idk, few weeks ago?
Where: Nightclub
Rating/Warnings: Nothing terrible besides Leliana's panty plotting
Status: Complete!

Josephine had been so busy since she’d started working for Asami that she hadn’t really had much time to herself, not that she minded too much really. She enjoyed working and doing what she could for her new boss in order to make things as easy for her as possible. However, just like she’d told Asami that she should take a break, Josie knew she had to do the same for herself. She’d gone out with Naga, but hadn’t really done anything since and now a month after finding out that Leliana and Cassandra were in the OC, it was about time that she caught up with her old friends.

After deciding what day would be best for the three of them and where exactly they were going to go, Josephine planned her outfit and accessories carefully, settling on a cute party dress that fit her curves perfectly and a pair of shoes that she knew Leliana would love and probably ask to borrow at some point. When the night came, Josephine took a cab to the club and knowing that she was early, decided to wait outside for her friends.

Cassandra was here under protest. It wasn’t that she didn’t want to see Josephine, or spend time with Leilana, but there were much more important things to worry about. The dreams for one. Wars. Rifts in the sky. It was all too much to take in and sometimes she wanted to curl up under her bed like a child.

She’d never admit that.

Her Interpol work had reached a dead end. Ganon had disappeared, completely, to parts unknown, and she’d run out of leads.

So, under protest, Cassandra showed up at the club wearing slacks, a vest over a dress shirt, and a sour expression.

Leliana had been busy. It was the only way to push aside the plague of dreams, especially the ones that would eventually creep up and sour everything tenfold, with the unfortunate news of Justinia’s death. The woman was only a figure in the dreams but she’d been there, from the very beginning - and she didn’t know how to exactly feel about losing a friend she had technically never met.

A lot of things, lately, had been a lot of snooping. A lot of blackmailing. And a good bit of Gale in her bed, his companionship a blessing to her nerves. Tonight, however, was supposed to be a little reunion between old school mates. They had much to catch up on! And to reminisce, so she’d enjoy the night with a tasteful cocktail dress and another set of heels to be used for potential murder. They were her favorite.

“Cute shoes,” she complimented Josie, and then turned to Cassandra with something of a pout. “I sent you pictures of dresses and you ignored me. Why do you never let me dress you?”

Seeing her friends, Josephine was suddenly reminded of various memories from school and couldn’t resist hugging them each in turn, even if she would get a disgruntled noise in return from Cassandra; she’d missed them, so the brunette was going to have to deal with it.

“Thank you,” She said in response to Leliana’s comment once she’d released them both then turned his attention to Cassandra again, “I told Leli that we wouldn’t be able to get you into a dress.” Josephine shook her head a little, wishing that just once they could have gotten their friend to wear a dress, “You would look so pretty in a dress. Not that you don’t look pretty in pants, but you know what I mean.”

Grunting, Cassandra hugged Josie stiffly, then immeadiatly looked around for a place for them to sit. “Because if you dressed me then I would be wearing something with frills that shows too much skin.” Was Cassandra a little modest? Maybe. At least the thought was a little embarrassing. “Besides, I am comfortable, and one of the police I work with called me stylish.”

Hugs! Leliana would take it and return it just as enthusiastically, because she was excited. An old reunion, what kind of mayhem could they get themselves into? She’d been religious in her youth, very much so, but it didn’t mean she had to follow most of the traditions. She believed, she had worshipped, done all that, but she thoroughly enjoyed being that ‘redheaded trickster’ the nuns dreaded at times. Made things a little fun, no?

“Is there something wrong with frills and showing a little skin?” She leered, adorably mischievous, and lured both women by the arms on the inside. It was one of those ‘hip’ little places with far too many neon lights, techno music, lit up bars with an impressive alignments of drink selections - likely a bit too pricey. Maybe she’d even help hook the girls up with something? Leliana never got the chance to, back in the day. It was all about abstinence and avoiding the whole ‘living in sin’ catastrophe.

Drinks, first and foremost! A table had been procured by the bar, complete with the service of a cocktail waitress. “I miss the rush of sneaking out and trying not to get caught,” she reminisced after placing her order, which was whiskey sour with extra cherry garnishes. “Did you ladies wear panties tonight, by any chance?”

A bold, odd question, but Leliana was sometimes bold and often odd.

“There is absolutely nothing wrong with showing a little skin.” In fact, Josephine’s dress of choice tonight showed off just the right amount of cleavage. Once inside, she ordered her own drink, a fruity cocktail, which were one of Josephine’s favorites, “You would miss the sneaking around.” She smiled, glancing between her two friends then turned her attention back towards Leliana as the redhead posed her question to them, “Of course I am. Why do you ask?” It wasn’t exactly a question that surprised Josephine, but she was certainly curious as to what Leliana was getting at.

Cassandra could probably use a little loosening up. She made a disgusted noise, wrinkling her nose. “Ugh. No. Nothing wrong with frills and skin on other people. I am comfortable with keeping my skin where it is.” But put some booze in her and maybe she’d undo a few buttons of her shirt. Cassandra could probably pull of dashing.

She settled into a seat and nearly choked on air. “Of course! Why would you even ask a question like that?!” Wait. She narrowed her eyes. “What are you up to, Leliana.”

Tonight would certainly get a little more interesting! Already plotting in her impish ways, Leliana batted eyelashes pumped with inky mascara, lush and sultry, the look to the other woman almost crossing the line of seductive. “Oh, nothing,” whistled the Nightingale with faux innocence.

With a couple drinks Leliana always had a thing for pranks. Pranks involving panties in the most inappropriate places. In the dreams, too - which involved pinning them against Chantry boards for the giggles, or hoisting Josie’s panties up on a flagpole. The possibilities were endless.

First goal of the night: get the girls so drunk they’d willingly surrender their panties to her.

“You can keep the drinks coming!” were the instructions to the cocktail waitress, whose interest was shown by the impressive rise of her brows and coy smile. Leliana would tip her well, no worries.

Josephine sighed and shook her head, “One of these days, Cass. One of these days we’ll win.” She smirked and tossed some hair over her shoulder then glanced over at Leliana, “Right. Nothing. Ask us if we’re wearing panties then say it’s nothing.” He turned her attention back to Cassandra, “That means it’s something.” She recalled the time her panties had been hoisted up a flagpole and she gave Leliana a skeptical look.

“That will not be this day,” Cassandra replied, seeming to be resigned to her fate as party to whatever inanity Leliana could come up with. She held her glass up for a refill. “Perhaps I am going to need something harder.”

Ladies, ladies, keep those knickers untwisted! Leliana hadn’t come up with a nefarious plan yet, but it was brewing. With every sip of her drink anyway, and she plucked the cherries from the stem with her teeth. “Perhaps you should order something with a bit more bite, hm? We can always take a cab back.” It was all to unwind, wasn’t it? Lately she’d been ridding stress by sexual means, but this would do just as well.

“Cut loose, Cassandra. When was the last time all three of us have been together? Like this?” A very long time, actually! “It is for a reason, and whatever that reason is - we must enjoy our time together. Before something pulls us apart again.”

Josephine had to agree with Leliana there, “Yes, Cassandra, you need to let loose a little bit. Can’t be serious all the time.” She took a sip of her drink, watching her brunette friend, “It’ll give you premature wrinkles.” Her first drink was gone quickly and another was procured, “Ya know, I’m so glad you guys are out here, but I can’t believe it took this long to realize it. We should have known this a lot sooner.”

“Cut loose.” She looked at the girls as though ‘cut lose’ and ‘me?’ were things that didn’t typically belong together. She gestured widely around them, and smirked. “This is me cutting lose. Enjoy it while it lasts, ladies.” She leaned back in her chair. “It feels as though sometimes, things that are obvious are less so, at first.”

When the cocktail waitress made her rounds again, Leliana pointed very obviously to Cassandra and whispered, “Make sure you get something very strong with her, I trust your judgment!” And then sent her cute little self off again to retrieve that ‘something strong,’ because someone needed to be less uptight.

“Maybe by the end of the night, we will have her actually dancing?” Those impish eyes were on Josie now, clearly talking about Cassandra while also acting like she wasn’t even there. Plotting in her presence, how nice of the Nightingale. “With someone that isn’t us? Someone she can take home?”

Josephine quirked a brow at Cassandra and smirked, “Oh dear sweet, Cassandra, if anyone can make you cut loose it’s us.” She took a sip of her drink before continuing, “And you know it.” As Leliana turned her gaze on her, Josephine’s smirk became mischievous and she nodded, “Oh yes. Now that would be ideal. I’m sure we can find someone she won’t object to.”

Cassandra nearly choked on her drink. She shot a look at both women, as if they’d grown peacock feathers for hair. “You cannot be serious! Someone I can take home?” She looked offended, though she wasn’t sure if it was the implication that she couldn’t do that on her own or not.

“There’s nothing wrong with that,” Leliana suggested casually, shoulders lifting into a shrug as she sipped her drink. Smooth, like water, and alternated seating by sitting on the other side of Cassandra - sandwiching her between herself and darling Josie. “Tonight, this club is your oyster - and you’ve quite the selection.” Men and women, though did she bat for both teams? The redhead couldn’t remember for the life of her, but she did have options!

And Cassandra was exquisite. “If you could take any person home, tonight, who would it be?” Narrow it down, then try to nab the culprit for her friend. Leliana could teach her the ways of persuasion. Or in this case seduction, it was all part of ‘the game’ in both worlds.

As Leliana moved to Cassandra’s opposite side, Josephine moved a little closer to the brunette and glanced out towards the other people in the bar then back at Cassandra, “Yes, if there was anyone you could choose, who would it be?” Josephine was extremely curious what sort of person her friend was interested in. Of course she didn’t expect the other brunette to give up that information easily, but if anyone could get it out of her, it was herself and Leliana. Or just Leliana. She was good at getting things out of people.

Looking between them, Cassandra felt a growing sense of alarm. Of course they’d team up against her. She nearly choked again at Leliana’s question. “You cannot be seriously asking me who I would take home, tonight? Who said I would be taking anyone home tonight?”

Her eyes might have darted towards someone behind Leliana.

And the Nightingale was most observant, keenly aware of that flicker in Cassandra’s eyes - the weak spot, aha! So of course Leliana turned her head, leering over at the lovely creature that had caught her attention. A curvy sort of brunette, olive skin, and she had to squint to make sure that it actually was not Isabela over there. Certainly looked like her, but perhaps that was more wishful thinking on Leliana’s behalf, hoping that flirtatious little minx was still frequenting these parts and increasing the number of people that had been undressed in her bed.

“Interesting,” she mused, turning back to face Cassandra and Josie. “Well, you definitely won’t be taking anyone home with that attitude, will you? Finish your drink -” And ever the enabler, Leliana held the refreshed one up to her. “Take a deep breath, and go introduce yourself. She seems mighty lonely.”

Josephine’s gaze followed Leliana’s and she smiled as she turned back to Cassandra, “And smile a little. I promise that your face won’t freeze if you allow yourself to smile.” She had seen her friend smile before, but more often than not the brunette was usually grumbling about one thing or another.

If possible, Cassandra’s frown only deepened. The blush that formed on her cheeks could not be helped, so she coughed once into her drink and pretended as though the pattern on the table was the most fascinating thing ever. “I have...never approached anyone before. Man or woman.”

“There is a first for everything,” she assured, giving Cassandra a confident squeeze on her shoulders. “You even may be surprised at your own wooing capabilities.” Which, well, in truth, Leliana didn’t have much faith in, but she would continue to be supportive! “Come here, real quick…”

And yes, Leliana unbuttoned the top of her shirt, fluffed it out some, and then wiped the corner of her friend’s mouth from a little somethingsomething. “Suggestive but not entirely sleazy. Give it a go. If nothing comes of it, we continue to drink. You cannot really lose here.”

Josephine smirked as she watched Leliana and nodded, “Now that’s good. Like I said before, showing a little skin will not kill you, Cassandra.” She took a sip of her drink, “And there’s always a first time for everything.” Personally Josephine didn’t think that Cassandra would have a problem catching anyone’s eye and didn’t think she had anything to worry about just now.

Cassandra narrowed her eyes, looking between the women like this was all somehow their fault and she was most likely going to blame them for the ensuing disaster. She stepped past Leliana and muttered under her breath. “Why am I doing this?”

She approached the brunette, deciding that facing down a horde of rage demons would be better than this.

“There goes our little bird,” sighed Leliana, with a bit of pride, as she scooted closer to Josie to observe. Another round of drinks were delivered and the redhead might be on her third, or fourth. Sipping away, because this was something to best experience buzzed. “She left the nest. I’m quite proud.”

Josephine made an exaggerated sniffing noise and pretended to wipe away a tear, “So very proud.” She took a sip of her own drink as she watched Cassandra approaching the brunette before turning back to Leliana, “So, have you drunk enough yet to tell me why you asked whether or not we were going commando?” She quirked a brow at her friend.

Cassandra wasn’t sure what was happening, but the next thing she knew, the brunette was leaning against her and they were going somewhere but she wasn’t sure wear but oh hello where is that hand going. She looked back at her ‘friends’ helplessly before she and the woman were swallowed up by the crowd.

There goes Cassandra, whisked away by a seductress. Surely she could handle herself? It’d prove to be an interesting story in the morning, regardless, and at Josie’s inquiry, Leliana smirked. Darkly. “Not quite yet, darling Josephine,” she chuckled, sipping away at her sweet and sour poison. “You will ask me about it in the morning.”

When their underwear mysteriously appeared on the head of a Virgin Mary statue, anyway.
