Irisa looked up at the boy in front of her. Great, just what I needed today, she thought to herself.
"It's a new thing," she shrugged, still sat slouched in her chair. "My housemate works here and she suggested to Tessa, the owner, that for events like this they could do with someone to keep an eye out for trouble," she told him, casting her gaze around the room again. "It keeps me busy and no-one thinks I'm anything but an average miserable teenager," she told him.
"So uh...you ok?" she asked, casting her eyes down as she did. She had to remind herself not to take her anger out on other people.
