Admittedly, Marguerite had tried desperately not to fall for Percy. Mostly because at the time she'd been with Chauvelin casually, that and because she knew how it played out, not to mention she wanted to make sure it was real and not bleed over from the dreams. It wasn't, though. She had figured that out months ago, that Percy here and as himself was still the type of man she could fall for. Still, it amused her in its own way that she had fought it when her go to reaction to things was to see how they would play out. But that just made it truer, at least in her opinion.
With him placing the heather into her crown, Marguerite's smile brightened. Somehow she wasn't remotely surprised by him having it, despite the fact that most people did not consider heather for Valentine's Day. But it was very much a Percy move. It also did beg the question just what did he have planned for the evening? The sun was still up, and with California being what it was, it was warm out. She wanted to figure it out, just because it kept her sharp, but she wouldn't be too bothered if she didn't.
"That I am. Let me just get my purse."
Turning for a moment, Marguerite grabbed the small purse with the essentials (keys, phone in case of an emergency, change purse) and locked up her apartment before turning her attention back to Percy.
"So, do I get a clue or must I wait?" Her voice was light, teasing. Whatever the case may be, she would enjoy it.
