Once Troy had finished with the tea bags, and had let them steeple for a full minute, he began to make his way up the stairs towards his office where Clara had taken up for the moment. Stepping into the doorway, he knocked lightly on the frame then smirked as he stepped up near her and handed her the mug, looking at the book inside of the case, "Ten-Thousand dollars...." Was all he muttered before taking a sip from the tea and letting out a breath, "Just north of it really."
Eyes fell to her and a brow arched a moment, shrugging his shoulder before looking back at it, "So, yes, a bit on the crazy side on my part. I'll be suffering myself a few cheap meals for the next couple of years; still, can't say I regret it at all. It's probably my pride and joy right now."
Finally, he gave her a nudge then gestured towards the leather couch in the study, and moved towards it to take his seat, "It's quieter up here anyway, as good as any place to talk I think. Don't you agree?"
