It seemed to Loras as though Obi-Wan was either very sure, or very unsure. Either way, Loras didn't question him on it anymore. It had been a question of whether or not the baby had been his, but it seemed Obi was reading his mind and Loras didn't need to ask.
Not returning the smile, he took a swallow from his glass of orange juice and slid off the counter, raising his eyes to Obi. He should have known Obi-Wan would notice that he was gone that night that Renly had the nightmare and Obi hadn't fully explained himself over text when Obi-Wan had asked him about it.
"The person I've been dreaming about died," he said, the words bitter and angry on his tongue, tasting sour. "In his dreams, not mine." He cleared his throat and drank down the rest of the orange juice. He wiped excess from his lips with his wrist and placed the glass in the sink, wishing he hadn't said it.
