Whenever Obi-Wan looked at him that way, it was difficult to discern just what he was thinking. What was more difficult for Loras, was to not touch Obi, to see Obi's eyes flash just momentarily. Sometimes, he just didn't care that Obi didn't want to be touched, but now was not one of those times.
Loras swallowed, thickly. Unlike Obi-Wan, Loras was hardly stoic. He wore his heart on his sleeve and often had to shove back tears or anger that he felt rising. It was easier around Renly than anyone else. "Were you in love with her?" he asked at length.
