When she answered, Peter marked some notes on his own interview sheet. The rest of the questions about stress asked her about a time she had to deal with stress and gave her a scenario and asked how she would deal with that. Each answer was met with more notes from Peter. The rest of the questions were divided into categories, most of them scenarios that happened in flight, such as dealing with intoxicated passengers, what to do with roaming passengers when the seatbelt light was on, handling passengers whose food choice was unavailable, what she might do with an irate passenger, how she might handle a child running up and down the aisle, and of course, what she might do with a nervous flyer.
The answers she gave were noted. When they were finished, Peter moved his notes to the bottom of the heap. They would be available upon her request, but for now, they were his. "You're doing fine," he assured. "Now I want to just take a quick film of you. Is it alright to put your image on video?"
