"Thank you," she followed his lead and walked over, nodding her thanks when he pulled the chair out. That was surprising. No one had ever done that before.
"No, I'm fine, thanks," she said, crossing her legs. No, that didn't feel right. She uncrossed them and moved forward in the chair, clearing her throat. "Right, sorry," she said, smoothing the wrinkles in her pants. "A little nervous," she made a face, but quickly turned serious. He seemed like a nice enough bloke, but really, she wasn't sure if he would want her to be more serious during this interview or not.
