Remy LeBeau really had an issue with being alone. He hated it. He always surrounded himself with people.. at work, his office had glass walls and his doors were always open. When he ate, he always went out to dinner and he always had a date. When he went out shopping, he often took a girlfriend and bought her something along the way.

What it came down to, was that their heir to the LeBeau fortune was not someone who liked to be left alone with his thoughts.

Which was why he had suggested that he and this complete and total stranger (he didn't even know her name) were going to the beach together. He didn't worry about being stood up, he'd never been stood up.

Ever.

So he'd arrive at the beach and park, hauling out his umbrella and two chairs (of course he'd brought one for her) as well as towels and a cooler. All he needed were a few kids and some toys and he'd be all set! Luckily, he could carry the cooler and two collapsing chairs in one hand, so that just left the umbrella and bag to go over the same shoulder. No problem.

He'd toss the chairs down, set up the umbrella (mostly for her, he wanted to lay in the sun), and set down the cooler.

Now all there was left to do was wait.

Jubilee had a long and complicated history with the sun and her sun 'allergy.' Without her amulet she'd be dead in a very short time - and thanks to a series of unfortunate events, she'd gone a long time without it, and only in the last year could she really see the sun again. So she didn't take it for granted.

That didn't mean she didn't put on eight layers of sunscreen, and wear a long coat under a wide-brim sunhat. She had a big umbrella, and her trademark sunglasses, of course. Underneath was a white swimsuit.

Now, Jubilee could move very silently when she wanted to. And she wanted to sneak up on Remy, because it would be funny. And it gave her a chance to scope him out first.

"Yo, don't you look delish?"

It was hard to sneak up on the Cajun businessman, who had sprawled himself uselessly beneath the sun's rays. Blue swim trunks and a pair of sunglasses perched on his nose were his only clothing. There were more than a few girls who had glanced his way and it only made him smile.

Then that voice came and he tilted his head back to take stock of the girl who'd approached. "That you, Hotness?" The drawl was a bit thicker as he spoke, though it'd go away quickly. He may have been taking just a bit of a nap as he waited for her. He worked so very hard at keeping that accent at bay. "Guess so." Letting out a slow whistle, he sat up and turned push up to his feet.

"Can I help?" There was just something about Asian girls. Why was it that every man found them attractive? Well, she was.. well. The scenery was nice. It'd be more nice if she got in the water with that white suit on.

"The Hotness, at your service." She gave him an elaborate bow, sweeping her hat off of her head, then plopping it right back as soon as she straightened. She had a big grin plastered on her face, and waggled her eyebrows at him. "And just what do you wanna help me with?"

She'd forgotten how hot he was, and even though she hadn't dreamed in awhile she still remembered her crush. Oh boy. She decided to ixnay on the idkay, because she figured a baby would scare him right off at the moment. Even if Shogo was the best baby. Ever.

"Well, you aren't wrong about that." Being the hotness. Oh, and she bowed. Oh, and she had boobs. Aw, she was straightening up. Hm. His smile was smooth and charming, however, with a playful curtsey given in return, grabbing the sides of his trunks and bending his knees.

Then, with a little laugh, he was releasing his trunks and straightening up. "Well, I could help you with anything. Putting up your umbrella, maybe you need more sunscreen? Or, you know, maybe you want a pearl? I'm sure I could find an oyster out there somewhere." He'd squint towards the ocean and put a hand up to his eyes to shield them, as if searching for an oyster.

Rolling his shoulders with a smile, he'd soon be looking back at her. "I guess I'd be happy to help you with anything you require." Because she was, well, beautiful.

Oh, there was a baby?

Surprisingly, Remy adored children. Single mothers were his favorite. It was like having a kid without having to have a kid. It was the perfect life.

"If you can find an oyster with a pearl out there," Jubilee said. "You might just earn yourself a little somethin' somethin'" She waggled her brows again, and chewed on her lower lip.

The way he was looking at her was nice, and she could almost feel something. Her emotions tended to be a big gaping hole of nothing unless she really concentrated. Jubilee went back and forth on whether or not her vampirism had cost her her soul.

"But I think I'm gonna need some of that lotion before the sun burns me to a crisp. I got super extra sensitive skin, yo."

"Look at you." His smile would rival the sun, wide and bright with straight white teeth-- oh, she just made him feel childish. Not that he wasn't playful already. But her playful flirting in return? God, it was like putting an ADHD kid on some serious caffeine pills. Like anyone needed that.

"I like you." Of course he did. Did anyone not like her? Well, aside from, you know, vampire hunters.

As she mentioned that lotion, though, he opened his arms. "I am at your command." He'd put lotion anywhere you wanted him to, Jubilee. Arms dropped, he'd move aside and grab one of the towels, tossing it down into the shade of his own umbrella for her. Of course he'd brought one for her. She'd said she was sensitive to the sun.

	"Of course you like me." She pulled her sunglasses down to wink at him. "You're the sweetest. Playin' your cards right." But the cajun always played his cards right, as far as she was concerned. The rich boy caught the lotion one-handed and spun it once in his fingers before gesturing that she should lay down. And assuming she removed her coat, he would squirt out some of that lotion onto his hands and rub it together for a few seconds before starting at her shoulders.

"How long you been living here?" Casually asked as he added a bit more suntan lotion and moved down. His touches were anything but sterile. Not just putting on lotion, of course, he was gently pressing flesh and trailing his hands all along smooth skin. Maybe he wouldn't have on just a regular woman he'd only met today-- but on one who'd flirted right back?

Of course he was.

Jubilee's skin was distinctively chilled. She'd fed before she'd come out, so it was warmer than normal, but there was a still a noticeable coldness to her touch.

"OC? I moved down here from LA years and years ago, after my parents..." She shrugged a shoulder as she got comfortable and tried not to purr at his fingers. "Spent most of my time training for the Olympics. I was supposed to go to Beijing but I got hurt. I was able to go to London though." Okay but all the fantasties dream her had ever had were coming true and it was awesome.

It was strange that her skin was so chilly, and here he was trying to warm up the lotion so that it wouldn't be too cold for her. That was strange.

"The Olympics, huh? Are you just trying to entice me, or did you really go to the Olympics? Because I'm imagining you as a world class gymnast, just so you know." Of course his mind had gone that way. He was a male in his prime-- his mind went that way on everything.

The red-head cleared his throat as he continued to smooth the lotion onto her. "You are most definitely world class." He agreed with a laugh, smoothing his hands down her sides, then slowly up her back, and down again.

"If I didn't know better.. I'd think you were shamelessly flirting with me, Hotness. That's sort of dangerous. I play for keeps." And if she played with fire, she'd get burned.

Or, you know, he'd take her home tonight and ravish her.

Either way.

"World class grade-A bootay." She wriggled her booty at him, then arched her back as a genuine groan escaped her lips. "I hope you play for keeps, 'cuze honey, I'm gonna break you."

It might actually be a possibility if she didn't control her strength. He couldn't heal back like some other people could.

Her eyes flashed red behind her glasses. "Fair warning. I bite."

Wow. His eyes dipped down to her rear to watch it wiggle shamelessly. Then they came back up, racing along the line of her back to her face again, a smile spreading out across his lips.

"I have to admit, I do like it a little rough." He didn't want to scare the girl away, after all. He had some.. different likes. Sure, normal sex was great, but the Cajun had a few particular kinks.

And there was just something about a woman who could kick his ass.

Really, LeBeau, it was time for therapy.

"I like that in a woman." Oh Lord did he.

Of course, no, he didn't heal back like some other people could.

"I think I can arrange that." He remained hovering over her for a second, just enjoying the view, then he straightened and climbed up to his feet, offering both hands down to her, to help her stand.

Once she was up, he would start packing up. Hell no he didn't mind that they had just gotten here and now they were leaving. His place was empty, it always was, and he had a large, fantastic bed.

Yes, back to his place. Definitely.

It wouldn't be the first time he went home with a girl whose name he didn't even know.

	Something told Jubilee she might regret this, but she didn't care. Teenage crush, and feeling rebellious, combined with needing to feel alive for a short period of time?
