The easy part had been wrangling the twins. The hardest part had been wrangling Logan, but between Laura, Jubilee and Rogue she figured they'd get him out. Scott was easy, she just guilt tripped him.

The plan, she decided, was for everyone to just do their own thing but meet up for lunch.

"Yeah, yeah. I showed up. I got harassed by a vampire. I'm havin' a great time. Are you happy?" Nick wondered how long these lines usually take. This was ridiculous.

"Maybe I can use my credentials to get us all the hell through this line a little faster. So that we can get into the park and wait in MORE damn lines."

"You might try that, but I got a feeling your firebird girlfriend'd have something to say about that," Nick joked.

He fished around in his pockets and pulled out a phone, then dialed in a number and held his finger up in the air. It was probably against all kinds of rules to do stuff like this with the power available to him, but calling in a favor to get his 'friends' into an amusement park didn't exactly push him into 'corrupt cop' territory.

Nick turned away from Kitty and wandered off to have his conversation. When he came back, he was grinning, "Should be someone coming through those gates soon to escort us all in. Don't say I never did anything for you, Pryde."
