The easy part had been wrangling the twins. The hardest part had been wrangling Logan, but between Laura, Jubilee and Rogue she figured they'd get him out. Scott was easy, she just guilt tripped him.

The plan, she decided, was for everyone to just do their own thing but meet up for lunch.

"I ASSUME you mean in the temperature way and not in the attraction way," Nick replied, arching a brow at Jubilee. He sounded as grumpy and uncomfortable as he looked.

"I didn't ask for you to come over here and state the obvious. Pryde invited me, probably because she thought that was amusing. I'm about ready to set up a command post inside somewhere with air conditioning and let you all go about your business."

	"Pull someone else's legs, mine are long enough," Nick grumped. He was seriously beginning to rethink this plan. Wasn't there work for him to do? He fished around in his pockets and pulled out a phone, then dialed in a number and held his finger up in the air. It was probably against all kinds of rules to do stuff like this with the power available to him, but calling in a favor to get his 'friends' into an amusement park didn't exactly push him into 'corrupt cop' territory.

Nick turned away from Kitty and wandered off to have his conversation. When he came back, he was grinning, "Should be someone coming through those gates soon to escort us all in. Don't say I never did anything for you, Pryde."
