Anna was exploring campus. She’d been given a tour by Buffy, and knew where a bunch of things were, but she wanted to take some time to learn her way between the buildings, too. To figure out where her classes were, and the best way to get to and from them. She wasn’t going to be living on campus, but the idea of renting an apartment or something nearby wasn’t a bad one. And it’d mean she’d be a lot closer to all the action and all the drama, and all the school. She decided to wander by the coffee shop on campus, and marveled at how many people there were. Even on a Saturday, even during the summer. There were people everywhere. It was glorious. She wouldn’t ever have to feel alone here.
She headed into the cafe to order an iced mocha, and spent some time humming as she looked up and around the building.
