Loras looked at his friend, confused. He removed his hand from Obi-Wan's knee and searched the man's gaze. He knew what Obi-Wan meant by that so he didn't need to ask and he didn't need to defend himself. There was plenty of excitement in Renly, there just didn't feel like any in marriage. It was too soon yet and that was all Loras was getting at.
The more he looked at Obi-Wan, the more annoyed he got. Renly wouldn't leave him...would he? The seed had been planted, though. Loras cleared his throat and stood up, pushing his now petite fingers through his hair. "Thanks for stopping by," he said simply. What would they have to talk about now? What Obi-Wan said was hurtful and presumptuous. Loras understood the grief, but he didn't need to take a comment like that, not even from a man he loved so dearly.
