It was strange that his Dream Life, that he was so familiar with and so comfortable (even if he was miserable) in was so drastically different from his life here in the Waking World. But he wouldn't trade any of it for anything. He was head over heels in love with his wife, his daughter, and now his son.
"They have sparkling milk here." Severus said, slowly. "I've taken samples, and it has some sort of magical properties, but I cannot put my finger on what makes it sparkle. It's safe to drink--more nutritious, even, than regular milk--and is quite delicious. I normally have a latte with the sparkling milk and a scone."
