But you’re kind of a bitch, so maybe you deserve it

Where: A place

Priss had been on Azula’s mind, off and on, for a couple of days now. She didn’t have many friends (IE: she had two, and neither of them were here). So it was something of a wonder to her that she’d even made one. Even if she wasn’t sure that Priss exactly liked her, she was at least willing to talk to her.
Especially when she had something to show off.
Priss was, Priss. Not super friendly and rather brash. But Azula’s personality had matched her own and it was turning into one of those frenmies things - where she both hates and likes her all at the same time. Which was fine, because that’s just how Priss rolled anyways.
“So. You wanted to show me something?” she asked, leaning on her bike.
Azula moved her hand in an arc through the air, like she was going to show her a martial arts move. Except when she punched and kicked there were jets of blue fire. She straightened and held a small orb of flame in her hands. “That.”
Priss stopped moving for a moment. “Oohh that’s different.” she canted her head. “How did you do that?” she moved closer and looked at the orb in her friend’s hand. “That’s pretty bad ass.”
“It’s called Fire-bending. I think I was born with it.” She snuffed the flame out and said proudly. “Not many can produce fire that hot. I’ve some other unique abilities too.”
“That’s pretty awesome. Nifty talent to have, I think.” she smiled a bit. “Is that so? Like what?”
“Lightning.” The air crackled a little, but she couldn’t actually call it up. Though she’d tried, god she’d tried. “At least I’m supposed to have it. It’s not working correctly. And the fire isn’t hot enough.”
“I’m sure you’ll get it then, if you’re meant to.” she looked at her with a shrug. “Is this part of this place’s fun?” she asked, curious.
She looked at Priss, just a little bit wary, and shrugged her shoulders. “It seems to be. What a wonderful gift.” Her smile was smug. “A princess of fire. I couldn’t ask for better.”
“It certainly fits your personality, Azula, that’s for sure.” she shrugged a bit. “From what I’ve seen, it’s a pretty good gift unlike some this place gives.”
“Some people have something horrible, but most of them deserve it,” she replied, a little snobbily.
Priss laughed softly. “What if I get something horrible? Then do I deserve it?” she asked sweetly.
“I said most. But you’re kind of a bitch, so maybe you deserve it,” she retorted.
She laughed. “Pot, kettle.” Priss smirked a bit. “but nah, I don’t think I deserve it.”
Azula was silent for a moment, then she shrugged. "Maybe you don't deserve it." It was as close to 'you're okay' as Priss was ever likely to get.
Priss laughed softly and smiled. “Well that’s good to know, then, isn’t it?” she grinned. “That’s still a really cool thing you got.”
“Thank you,” She replied, preening a little. Perhaps preening a whole lot. “Except for my idiot brother you’re the only one who knows.”
