Henrik saw the blonde woman jump from the corner of his eye. Not what he expected from his presence beside her. Okay, so maybe he should have made a sound or something. It would have stopped him from startling her.
"Oh, no I'm sorry," he said as he moved to face her. "I didn't want to push in front of you." Although he did think she was taking an awful long time choosing what soup she wanted.
He wasn't even sure that he wanted soup. "Not sure what you want for lunch?" he asked.
