Who: Thackery and Anna When: First week in January Where: Binx Animal Hospital
Anna had only had a couple of weeks of freedom. She'd recently turned eighteen years old, and was now finding that her leash was growing longer and longer. She couldn't really blame her parents, they were only trying to do what was right for her. At the same time, she enjoyed her freedom. Now the door was open, she was never going back inside. Not if she could help it. And the snow over Christmas? That was absolutely amazing. She'd had so much fun building snowmen and sledding... She'd made a few new friends so far, but was finding that it was hard to keep up with so many new faces! It was time to cash in the present she'd received from her mother and father; the promise that she could have her own pet. A cat, maybe, or a bunny? She wasn't sure. She'd heard that there were animals available for adoption staying at the Binx Animal Hospital, overflow from the no-kill shelter nearby, but she wasn't sure if it was really true. So she headed in to ask whoever was at the front desk about it.
