Match was nervous, and yet when he thought about Mavis coming over, he felt more relaxed. She was the part of his life that most made sense, and she made it so he felt like he could do anything, be anyone. He was currently working on edits and revisions of his novel, his second one, and doing more modeling too, and it felt good. He’d had to push back college to January, but now he was back on track and had made a payment to allow him to start then.
With Mavis, life was good. Well, most of life. He had a little problem of some Kryptonite still in his lungs and blood, but the doctors had been amazed that when the others all got well, the K stopped hurting him. yes, he felt a little more run down, and a little less energetic, but not sick, and not dying like he had felt just days before. So, rather than use invasive methods, they were letting his body force the foreign materials out with some medicines to help it along. Match wondered if it was because of the way his body had been tweaked so much that it did not react to Kryptonite the same as Superman's would.
Either way, he was glad of it.
Today, he was coming to see Mavis, to talk to her about nudity, sex, and such things. He loved her, he knew, and now he wondered whether they were ready. Would it be bad or good? Would it suck? He wasn’t sure, but he knew either way, he loved her.
Mavis was waiting, dressed in her trademark tunic dress. It would be easy enough to shuck off, if they decided nakedness was a go, but if not, it was modest and comfy. She wasn’t sure if she was nervous, or excited, or a bit of both, but she kept bouncing around the house, tidying her already tidy living room and bathroom while she waited for Match to arrive. She wasn’t uncomfortable with Match being nude, and she’d grown accustomed to Alex and Lorna’s casual approach to clothing. Whether or not it was a good idea to put the four of them together…
Well, she supposed that was what they were going to figure out.
Match landed, and grinned, smiling softly, knocking on the door as he approached it. “Hello, nurse!” He smiled softly to himself. He loved Mavis and he desperately wanted her to be happy. She was the sort of woman who came along once in a lifetime, and she made his heart beat.
Mavis flung the door wide, and threw her arms around Match’s neck, practically attacking him with kisses. She never had to worry about hurting him if perchance her fangs happened to get in the way of her lips--except for that time when he was dying of green kryptonite, but she’d been very gentle with him then. Now? Now, she pounced. “You look good enough to eat.”
Match grinned and kissed her, hard, he swept her into his arms and lifted her up, hugging her tight. “Love you, cutie.” And he smirked. “Mmm, we should talk about that inside, unless you want to give your neighbors a show…” He winked at her, eyes warm. There was a definite feel to him, in him. He was ready for this, now.
She stepped back, pulling him inside with her, and pushing the door shut. Her closest neighbors were Alex and Lorna, and they’d probably enjoy the show--and while she’d prefer letting them watch to letting her uncle Tesla watch, they’d already seen as much as they were going to see, for now. Right now, it was all about Match. “What do you wanna talk about?”
“Us, and life, and nakedness.” He smiled softly. “I want to take you on a date, and I want… I wanted to know how you felt about having sex afterwards.” He blushed a little, then grinned at her shyly. He was ready, but he didn’t want her to feel pressured.
“When?” That was really the only question Mavis had. She wasn’t afraid of losing control now. She trusted that, even if she did, Match was well-equipped to restrain her without risk of injury to himself. She wasn’t afraid of him dumping her after he’d had his fun, and she knew they’d be able to work past whatever discomfort came along with the first time. “Right now? Tonight?”
“Now, tonight. I know we were invited next door, but… I want to talk and hang out with you, and make plans and be silly. And maybe go hang with them another time?” He smiled nervously. “Would that be okay?”
Mavis nodded. “I’ll just tell them you had other plans for us tonight. Lorna will be happy to know you’re feeling up to adventures, either way.” She smiled, and kissed her boyfriend soundly. “You’re my priority.”
He blushed and kissed her back. “There is one more thing I need to let you know. The doctor confirmed it. I still have Kryptonite in me. For some reason, now that the weirdness if over, it isn’t affecting me like it does regular Kryptonians, but it might take some time to all come out.” He nodded then kissed her again. “Now lets have some fun…”
"Let's," Mavis agreed. "Just let me know if I need to be more gentle with you, okay? I don't want to wear you out too much." Or bite too hard.
“I know.” He poked her. “Come on, throw on something… fun, and we can go have dinner and maybe dance a little?” He smirked. “And talk about our science experiment.”
“Okay,” she said, pulling her tunic up over her head as she turned toward her closet. She hung the outfit up on a hanger, standing there in nothing but a pair of cheeky black panties while she picked out a new one; short, flirty, and pink with black flowery vines trailing over one shoulder and down the side. She slipped it on, stepped into a pair of black pumps, and gave a twirl, flashing plenty of leg--and maybe a bit of cheek. “What do you think?”
M atch watched her, grinning, eyes warm and shuddering as he took in her near-naked form. He watched her as she slipped on the dress and shoes, and smirked. “Beautiful. Very beautiful.” He moved to kiss her slow and sure and nodded. “No one will even see me with you in that.”
She wrapped her arms around him, leaning into the kiss. Then she smiled up at him. “Are you worried about fangirls recognizing the handsome face they saw above your shirtless abs, love?”
“Not most of the time. Sometimes I worry, but right now, mmm, I am much more glad to just be with you.” He hugged her tight, hands stroking her through the dress.
"As long as you're with me, you're safe," she said with a playful lilt. "I can just hypnotize the fan girls and say, 'these are not the abs you are looking for. Move along.'" She laughed. "And hope they aren't wearing contact lenses."
Match chuckled. “You’re the best, sexyeyes.” He kissed her again, then lifted her in his arms, and whirled her about, just happy. “Shall we go?”
Mavis laughed, and when he set her down again, linked her arm through his. She briefly smoothed her skirt, then levitated her purse from the coat hook, and caught it on the crook of her free arm. "I think we shall!"
