Hela laughed and shook her head. "Being from one of those Scandinavian countries myself, I'd heartily agree, you'd fit right in."
She gently sipped her tea. Happy with the warmth radiating from the cup and flavor on her tongue, put Hela in a rather pleasant mood.
"Well as I told you before. I don't charge rent. We split everything down the middle: half the utilities, refill the refrigerator half the time, and clean up after yourself, half the cleaning of the overall house- I still need some help setting things to right in the rooms. When it comes to seasonal chores, and holidays, we will work them out as we go along. I don't expect you to cook or anything extra-- unless you wanted to," she grinned because - hey, a well cooked meal was a thing of joy and Hela would be a fool to turn one down.
"Oh, I also have one last thing, due to the nature of my job, I keep irregular hours and sometimes I may be away for long periods working on a case. I ask during the duration you mind the house and Garm. Make sure he doesn't become destructive little monster. Just feed, play with him, and take him out for walks."
Garm's pointed ears pricked up at the mention on his name. He lifted his head and deposited it on Hela’s lap to eye this giant blond stranger with a keen intelligence inherent in the breed which relished a challenge.
"I'll teach you a few verbal training commands that he responds well to and the rest is attitude. Once he realizes your apart of the household I'm certain he'll grow fond of you."
