Tenth Doctor - ice cream shop
Ice cream made everything better.

Everything.

Not that there was anything wrong. No. Everything was splendid. John's newest draft of his newest book was coming along nicely, he'd seen more of his best friend in the last week or two than he had the last two months prior. That was good. Everything was good.

But still, there was a little nagging voice in the back of his head that said it wouldn't last. Something was coming. Something he wouldn't like. And probably soon.

Clearly the only way to fight it was by preemptively buying pints of banana chocolate chip ice cream.
