That meant, at least in Tess' mind that it was going to be a quiet day. At least at that time of the day. It was always busy in the morning when people were getting that something to wake them up. Guess this week's hump day had taken it out of people. Usually Thursday was when she found her second wind for the work week.
She was adding a bit of something personal by bringing customers their orders. Not just calling for them. She was moving through some people when she bumped into someone.
"Oh, I'm sorry," she said as she turned around. Bumping into them again. "I'm so sorry.
