It took quite a lot of energy for Samandriel to manage washing off properly, and he barely, barely managed to get off a quick text to Lucifer to let him know that his boy was home and clean.
A nap was what he needed, a nap and to sort through all his very odd feelings about what had happened. There had been promises of more in Lucifer’s touches for as long as he’d been gifted them, but Samandriel had never imagined this. He’d just been handed off like that because it was Lucifer’s right to do so. And Dean, God, Dean had taken them all so far that even while he slept, Samandriel was lost in a whirlwind of strange. He’d liked it. He was okay that he’d liked it, but he would have liked it much, much more if Lucifer had been there with him, if it were Lucifer barking orders at them.
He didn’t know how he was ever going to be able to look Castiel in the eye again. Perhaps that was part of the point.
Sleep wasn’t far off, not surrounded with the smell of Lucifer’s soap on his skin and the pair of them all over the sheets. This felt like home. He could sleep for a while and Lucifer wouldn’t be upset with him for taking much needed rest. Right? He was too tired to let the knot of dread forming in the pit of his stomach be anything that kept him awake. At least this time, when he dreamt, it was Creation again and he could relax into the peace of that.
Lucifer arrived home after bar close, like he so often did. The text he'd received from Samandriel some hours earlier had been short, but satisfactory enough.
If he had to be honest, it'd been very difficult making it all the way through the night. He'd had half a mind to show up at the Winchester establishment and make sure things were going smoothly (or not going at all. He really wasn't sure). But no, this was a lesson that needed to be learned without him there -- and Dean had given warning. A warning that had been passed on.
Still, Lucifer was happy to find Samandriel in the bed when he returned home, looking none the worse for wear than he had earlier. Peaceful, almost, in sleep.
He removed his suit jacket and tie, hanging them up in the closet before sitting down on the edge of the bed and just looking down at his boy for a moment.
Samandriel shifted in his sleep with the moving of the mattress. Groggily, he opened his eyes and smiled up at Lucifer. “Welcome home, Lucifer,” he murmured, glad to see him even though he didn’t think moving was really an option at the moment.
There was something endearing about how easily Samandriel had made this place his home as well. It shouldn't have been so easy, considering the boy did not, in fact, live here. Nor would he be allowed to once his parents were back in town.
"Thank you, Samandriel," he said, and then shifted slightly on the bed to more face the boy. "I think it's story time now, don't you?"
Samandriel took a deep breath. “Yes, Lucifer.” He looked sheepishly down even though he had nothing to be ashamed of, hadn’t actually done anything wrong and Dean was just...well he supposed he was Dean. It made sense for Michael’s vessel to behave in a similar way to Michael.
He sat up and leaned back against the headboard and went into the whole story, from texting Castiel all the way to the end of it, not making eye contact with Lucifer for any of it because he was pretty sure he was in trouble still. “And then I came home and I took a shower,” because there was come on his face and lube everywhere and...well, Lucifer knew that all already, “and I brushed my teeth and texted you and went to sleep.” He looked worriedly up at his man finally, hoping he’d done alright.
It wasn’t Dean’s fault after all that he burned so hot or that neither Samandriel nor Castiel could find the right words to make it look like anything other than what it wasn’t. He really hoped he wasn’t going to be in too much trouble for this. He’d done his best to be good. He always did his best to be good.
Lucifer listened. He listened well, actually, rarely interjecting or making the boy pause in order to ask questions. And when Samandriel finished the (admittedly fairly epic) tale, he only nodded before leaning back on his elbows and gazing up at the ceiling.
"And you're alright?" Physically, he knew the boy was fine. There weren't any more marks on him than what he'd left with, and even the red of his ass had tone down some into lighter bruises.
Samandriel nodded. “Just fine, yes,” he said simply, clearly not having any thought in his head about lying to Lucifer. “A bit worried you’re upset with me, and hoping that I did well, but fine.” A pause. “Should I not be?”
"Of course you should be." Lucifer said it like a more refined 'well, duh'. He tilted his head over to look at his boy. "You did very well, Samandriel. You've already been punished, and apparently rewarded. I see no reason to offer a repeat lesson, particularly since Dean made sure you enjoyed yourself."
Samandriel nodded, shoulders relaxing along with the rest of him. “Thank you, Lucifer.” He smiled genuinely up at his lover. “It was...unexpected.”
"You did go to someone's house wearing a sheet," Lucifer said, cocking an eyebrow. "How unexpected could it really have been?"
“Well, pants weren’t an option and I didn’t know if I could wear a shirt or not,” Samandriel pointed out dryly. “I worked with what materials and knowledge I had.” He shook his head. “No...it was just sort of...like getting thrown into the deep end and realizing I actually knew how to swim.” It wasn’t so much a criticism. Lucifer liked to take his time and Samandriel was fine with that. He just honestly didn’t know how much he was capable of taking and enjoying.
“I liked...It made me feel good to maybe hope that I was doing you proud. Like even if you weren’t there, I could please you. And, you know, being manhandled and humiliated and all that. It was like…” Samandriel blushed. “It was discovering kinks I didn’t know I had and that should’ve been with you, but you were there through me.” All metaphysical and weird and perhaps maybe the slightest hint that Samandriel could handle more than Lucifer generally gave him. Like perhaps spending an entire night playing at Lux with a plug up his ass or something.
Pants might have hurt, but Lucifer didn't think they were completely out of the picture. He didn't care to argue about it though -- and could not, in fact, argue about whether or not Samandriel could wear a shirt (although he saw the benefit to figuring that one out sooner rather than later. And wasn't practicality a bitch sometimes?).
"You were very good," he told the boy, because he believed it. Samandriel didn't lie, and he was sure if there had been any real probably, Dean Winchester would have called again just to gripe. Really, Lucifer just couldn't figure that other man out. It made him think they'd have to do a bit more interacting.
The older angel (who wasn't, yet) moved to run his fingers through Samandriel's hair. He had some thinking and planning to do with the admission he'd just been given.
Samandriel closed his eyes to appreciate those fingers in his hair. “Thank you, Lucifer,” he said softly. Castiel was lovely, and yes, Samandriel wouldn’t have minded actually being fucked by him (particularly for that moment when Dean took his husband and Samandriel was underneath the pair of them. God, that would have been amazing,) but all he really wanted was Lucifer.
He laid down again, putting his head in his archangel’s lap while they were simply together for a while.
Lazily, Lucifer continued to run his fingers through the boys' hair, nails scraping against his scalp like he was looking for an itch that needed to be scratched. "You clearly liked playing with them. Perhaps it will have to be a repeat performance."
Yes. Of course Lucifer wished he'd have been able to watch, he'd been bothered about that the whole of the night -- but he certainly wasn't going to let on to it.
Samandriel stretched into the touch, making little content noises while he laid with Lucifer. “Not without you,” he said, looking up at his lover, “I don’t ever want to play without you again, please.”
"Stop showing up to dominant men's homes naked and you won't have to." He said it jokingly, though. Clearly the boy had learned his lesson. Anyway, he didn't particularly like the idea of not being there and involved. This one time had been a special circumstance based on his word and agreement with another man in the first place.
Samandriel sighed, but leaned up to kiss Lucifer anyway. He missed those lips. Castiel’s were nice, but they were nothing like Lucifer’s. “Will you finish getting ready for bed and come join me?” he asked, pressing his nose affectionately to Lucifer’s cheek. “Your boy’s missed you.”
Lucifer made a fond little sniff of a noise and cupped Samandriel's cheek in order to kiss him again. "Yes, of course." It didn't even need to be asked for, not really.
Lucifer paused before completely pulling himself off the bed, tilting his head to the side and giving Samandriel a wry look. "Don't talk about yourself in third person like that, it sounds ridiculous."
Samandriel snorted and settled back into bed. “Sometimes you need a little levity. ‘S why you keep me around.” Somehow, he’d manage to stay awake until Lucifer got through with things and he could find his place as the little spoon. He didn’t know how, but he’d do it.
