Robert was excited. He'd been so bored with Rufus gone, and going to the beach had been a last ditch attempt at finding something to do. How fortunate, he thought, that someone interesting had come along and agreed to meet him as well. Robert could use a little flirting. He was starting to feel neglected, after all.
He took considerably less time getting ready. His hair was always a lost cause, so he let the curls do their thing, and he threw on the first pair of trunks he found and a t-shirt. Robert debated on bringing his puppy down with him, but animal friendly beaches were far and few between.
The red trunks were much easier to find. Robert jaunted his way down the beach toward the water, stepping over the waves that flowed in, and he grinned.
