Liam took a deep breath, shaking his head slightly as if to clear it.
"I had a dream last night. A dream that I was this... man. But I think it was more like an alien, because I was very far from Earth. There was a war, and I... I was the only survivor."
He couldn't explain the Time War logically. It sounded ridiculous, and what's more was that in the dreams it had all but destroyed him emotionally. Liam had woken up in sweat-soaked sheets and near tears.
"I came to Earth, and there was a girl named Rose. Meeting her changed everything, and somehow I knew it. And that girl... Rose," he emphasized, pointing at the girl by the bar, "Looked exactly like this Rose. Who I've never met in my life."
He sat back in the chair, staring blankly ahead. "I'm going mad, Mordin."
