Troy stared at her from across her table, reached up and absent mindedly, and quickly, scratched at his cheek, before dropping his hands to the table again. Twiddling thumbs together he tilted his head just a bit before thinking on it once more, "Yes, well... I suppose I could have. I think it may also be on a bookshelf, as I was using it as a bookend the other day."
He waved it off, "It's no big deal, I have another somewhere. Still he was rather my favorite, and I don't remember ever taking him home after leaving the school. Maybe I left it there, though I did search around there."
The man eventually gave up and just smiled at her tea, "Brilliant! Tea, not many manage to have that around here, usually coffee, or espressos really."
He held his hand out towards her, "I'm Troy by the way, Dr. Troy Smith."
