Lexi hadn’t gone out intending to go to the sex store, but she’d happened by it while she was window shopping, yes she’d promised Huck that she wouldn’t buy anymore clothes for awhile after the backordered dresses that had arrived the week before. However, she had only promised not to buy more clothes. He’d never made her promise not to buy other things and if she bought something that would benefit both of them, well, she didn’t think he’d mind that at all.

Going into the store, she started wandering around. Her and Huck had a very healthy sex life and Huck was the sort to try almost anything once. Of course there were some things that they had enjoyed and did again and others they hadn’t. There were quite a few things that Lexi had never done with any other guys she’d dated, but with Huck it was different. With Huck, she trusted him completely. Even after three years there were a few things they hadn’t tried before that she had been thinking of. She only needed to bring it up.

Faye on the other hand had gone out looking for the sex store, she needed new toys she had decided. And she also wanted to pick up some decent handcuffs as she had lost the key to hers last time she used them, which had been interesting and rather spoilt the mood when she realised.

Wandering around she had a few things in her hands including a gag present for Merle, when she spotted another woman standing near the lube. “I recommend the red one if that helps” she commented, “Tingle lube that actually tingles, which is a rarity despite how many claim to”

Lexi glanced towards the sound of the other girl’s voice and smirked, “Oh really?” She reached out for a bottle of said lube, inspecting the label, “Yes, lube that actually tingles is definitely a plus.” They’d tried one once that hadn’t done very much, so if this girl claimed that this one actually worked, Lexi would give it a try. “Anything else you’d recommend?” Only Lexi would ask a complete stranger for tips on sex products.

Faye smiled widely at the question, “Well now that all depends on what you’d like to try” she replied, “I’ve tried almost everything in this store so whatever you want I probably know something about. Toys, bondage, S/m, DVD’s, ask away”

“Well, my boyfriend and I have tried quite a lot.” Lexi turned the bottle of lube over in her hands as she spoke, “We’ve been together for three years now, so there isn’t really much we haven’t done by now.”

“Three years?” Faye’s eyebrows rose, “I can’t imagine being with just one person for that long but well done” she said with a wink. “Ummm well how do you feel about bondage? Or spanking?” she asked.

Lexi nodded, smirking. Her relationship with Huck had been her longest so far and despite the fact that she was still pretty young and he was a bit older, it looked as if they were in it for the long haul. She honestly couldn’t imagine being without him now. “I can’t imagine being without him,” Before she’d met Huck, she had a similar opinion as the other other woman, but things changed, “Well, we do indulge in spanking every now and then and he lets me blindfold him or tie his wrists with this one silk scarf I have sometimes too.” Honestly, only Lexi would tell a complete stranger about her sex life.

“Well that’s real nice” Faye told her, “It’s great to see someone so happy” she smiled before getting down to business. “Blindfolding is fun, handcuffs are better. Don’t get those” she pointed them out, “Flimsy and easily broken. If you like something softer the scarf probably is your best bet. Oh now if he ties you up these are added fun” she pulled as set of starter nipple clamps off the shelf, “Trust me, they don’t sound all that but they work”

And Lexi was happy. She was happier with Huck than she’d ever been with anyone else. Lexi hadn’t thought there were any real gentleman left in the world, but she’d been surprised, when she’d met Huck, just how much of a gentleman he was. Of course part of it was probably due to the fact that he was a little older and wasn’t one of the high school boy of frat boys she’d dated throughout high school. However, just because he was a gentleman, didn’t mean he wasn’t at least a little adventurous in the bedroom. Or the living room. Or the kitchen. Or wherever it was that they happened to be having sex. “I think it’s the silk that he likes. I’m not sure he’d like handcuffs.” She watched the other woman as she took the nipple clamps of the shelf and Lexi subconsciously brought her free hand to one of her breasts, “That hurts just thinking about it.” Not that she wouldn’t consider it.

Faye had never really done the dating and relationship thing. It wasn’t her scene. She preferred sex without all the emotional crap. And she was lucky since lots of the guys she did have sex with were amongst her friends, she’d found a way to make it work. That didn’t mean she wasn’t happy for those who did after all her sister was in a lovely relationship with a great guy.

Faye laughed, “It’s that pleasure/pain threshold” she advised, “Once you get over the initial pain the pleasure you can get from them is really rather incredible”

“I’ll have to think about those.” It would be interesting to see Huck’s reaction if she brought home the nipple clamps, “I take it you’ve used them before.” Lexi had a feeling that this girl was rather experienced when it came to kinky things. “Got any other suggestions?”

“Oh yeah, they’re fun but I admit they aren’t for everyone” Faye shrugged. She was definitely experienced in most kinky and non-kinky sex, “Blindfolds can be good, they heighten the other senses. Or there’s always the dvd’s” she added gesturing to the porn section towards the back of the shop.

“He’ll let me blindfold him with the scarf sometimes too, actually.” Lexi said, eyes scanning the items in front of them, glancing at the other girl as she mentioned the porn, “We’ve got a few dvds at home.” She glanced around a bit, “Do they have lingerie here? He likes it when I wear corsets.” Of course she got most of her corsets and lingerie at higher end stores in the mall or boutiques, but she could only imagine what sort of things a sex store would have.

“The lingerie section is over here” Faye said leading her over, “It’s not great quality and really when it comes to corsets you want the good stuff but these are okay for a night or two” It was mostly teasing stuff, crotchless tights, lace dresses and the like.

Lexi followed her over towards the lingerie section, “Yeah, I tend to get most of my corsets at this one boutique in Huntington.” Lexi had a number of corsets, ranging from ones she wore out with various outfits to ones she only wore for Huck. She couldn’t pinpoint exactly when her corset obsession had begun, but it had, had something to do with the fact that Huck’s books were set in the steampunk genre. “I was mostly curious if they had anything here.” While she did have a few pieces of lingerie that were mostly just some lace or sheer material, she liked things that covered certain areas more, because it left a little to the imagination, even if Huck had seen her naked hundreds of times. “I’m Lexi, by the way. Probably should have introduced myself before giving you details on my sex life.”

“All the things I’ve done, I’ve never actually worn a corset” Faye admitted, they had always been an expense she couldn’t afford before, “I mean a nurse’s outfit, school girl, dominatrix, and god knows what else but never a corset” Faye completely agreed about leaving some things to the imagination, it really was much more alluring that way. Whereas crotchless tights for example were something she’d never understand. “I’m Faye” she grinned, “Pleased to meet you Lexi. Oh don’t worry it’s all interesting stuff” she winked.

“Oh, I have quite the collection. They range from ones I can wear out to ones I only wear for my boyfriend,” Lexi said as she moved a few more hangers around, “It’s nice to meet you too, Faye. Oh I know, I’ve just been told that I share too much sometimes.” Most of the time Lexi wasn’t even aware that she was doing it until she said something that earned her raised brows from whoever she was talking to.

“I have outfits like that, though the ones I probably shouldn’t wear out I do” she winked, “I figure if I can’t wear a few risky outfits in the club then what’s the point in managing it” Managing Always allowed her a lot of freedom in her life in general and not just her work attire. “Feel free to share as much as you like” she instructed.

“You manage a club?” Lexi asked, flipping her long blond hair over her shoulder, “What club?” Lexi enjoyed going out with her friends to clubs every now and then, but enjoyed it more when she managed to convince Huck to go out with her for a couple of hours. He wasn’t really the club type, but every so often he’d go with her cause he liked to see her happy.

“I sure do” she grinned, “It’s called Always, you should swing by sometime. First drinks on me, for you and your friends” She liked seeing new people at the club as well as the regulars after all most newbies became regulars after their first visit, something she was very proud of.

“I think I’ll have to come check it out. Try to get my boyfriend to come along.” Or perhaps she could convince Rebekah that she needed a night out without Natalia and get her to come along. Yes, Rebekah could probably use the night out, “Or my friend Rebekah. She had a baby last year, so she could use a night out.”

Faye nodded, “I highly recommend a night out” she smiled, “I imagine you get a little sick of baby talk after a while as lovely as it must be” Children weren’t really in Faye’s plans but she liked them well enough.

“Rebekah actually doesn’t talk about Natalia all the time, but I enjoy it when she does. I’m the godmother, so I usually talk about her just as much. But I know that she could use a night out. I might try to get her to join me in an aerobics class or something too. She has a large family, so there’s bound to be someone who can watch Natalia during the day.”

“Oh no I’m sure it’s fine I just mean she must get sick of having just the baby to talk to some days” Faye replied, “Though if she has a large family maybe that doesn’t happen as often”

“Oh, yeah, she might. I just know it’d be good for her to get out. It’d probably be even better for her and her fiance to get out together without Natalia.” Lexi couldn’t help but smile a little wider when she referred to Stefan as Rebekah’s fiance. She really was extremely happy for her best friend. Happy that he’d found such a great girl. Even if her older brother had turned Lexi into a vampire in her dream. She couldn’t hold that against Rebekah of course.

“Well as I say you’re more than welcome to come along to Always> and bring whoever you like, I’ll make sure you all have a great time” Faye promised.

“Awesome. I’ll definitely talk her into going.” Lexi grinned and turned away from the clothes racks, “Yeah, there’s nothing screaming at me to buy it over here.” She would have to go by one her regular haunts to see if they had any new corsets or anything in soon. “So, you come here often?” She turned to Faye and waggled her eyebrows, giggling a little.

Faye wasn’t surprised, their clothes weren’t really what they were known for in here and it sounded like her new friend knew where to get some pretty good things anyway. She laughed, “When the urge arises” she replied, “and yourself? What made you pick this shop?”

“I was just wandering around, window shopping and I happened to see it and thought, why not?” Lexi smirked as they headed back towards the front of the store, “I don’t usually come into places like this, but every now and then my curiosity is piqued.”

“Well I am definitely a fan of giving into your curiosity” Faye told her, “in all aspects of life” she added with a wink. “And you got lucky since this is one of the better ones, toy wise anyway”

Lexi laughed softly in response to Faye’s wink, “I’ll have to talk to my boyfriend. See if he’s got any curiosities he hasn’t told me about.” She smirked. Her and Huck had been together for so long now that there really was very little that they didn’t share with each other and if they kept something, there was always a good reason for it, but it always eventually came out and was rarely ever a bad thing. “Might have to make another trip over here in the future.”

“Give me your corset place address and I’ll give you a few more shop recommendations” Faye replied with a smile, “With or without product reviews” she added with a chuckle.

“Give me your number and I’ll text it to you,” Coming from someone else that probably would have been creepy, but Lexi was probably one of the least creepy people you could meet.

“Sure” Faye wasn’t worried, she had plenty of actual creepy people who knew her number. Fishing out her phone she gave Lexi her number, “And I’ll reply with the other shops I know about”

"Awesome. I look forward to it," Lexi smiled as she made a new contact for Faye in her phone, "It was nice to meet you and you can be sure I'll be stopping by the bar sometime soon." She was looking forward to checking out Always.

"You too" Faye replied smiling, "I'll be sure to look out for ya" she promised.
