Something was wrong. Very, very wrong. And Korra didn't think it had anything to do with her dreams this time. The last she'd seen, she was just fine -- no Amon taking her bending, no chi blockers, nothing.
And yet she'd woken up having lost the ability to bend. Not a single element. Well, okay, she'd never been able to airbend before. But everything else? Something was up. And Korra was unsettled by it. The girl hadn't wanted to leave her apartment ever again. It was weird -- she'd been this way months ago, and her entire life before that. Now it felt so wrong without the ability to bend.
It was just wrong. So wrong. She had fought (and made up of course) with Mako to just fucking leave her alone nearly the entire day. Finally he'd convinced her to go out, but she wasn't about to be cheery about it in any way.
"Great," she said, sounding like she wasn't really committed to that assessment at all. "We came. Look: Sand, volleyball, water. Can I go now?"
