WHEN: Saturday Night/Sunday Morning.
WHAT: A little gathering among friends.

Jay's house was being remodeled, but people expected a party, and who was he deny anyone a good time?

Besides. Every week he told himself that this would be the week. Every week he thought that he'd see her smile light up the room, because that's what Jay Gatsby lived by. Hope.

Filtering quietly among his guests, often unnoticed, Gatsby just sipped his tonic and watched everyone enjoy themselves.

And waited.
