Who: Daenerys Targaryen and Sherlock Holmes as possessed by Viserys Targaryen What: Viserys pays his sister a visit in her new home When: Tuesday morning Where: Newport Beach Rating: R for mentions of violence, death & rape TRIGGER WARNING!! Status: Complete
Daenerys had been pretty shaken up since she got the alarming text message from a random person pretending to be her brother. It didn't help that The Agency was on the network asking for information on weird goings on. She had sent in a report, but not heard anything back. Maybe it was a little bit silly for Dany to feel so vulnerable and weak when she had three large dragons taking up space in her back yard who would do anything to defend their mother, but Viserys had always made her skin crawl. He had always known exactly how to make her feel weak and helpless and she'd spent more years terrified of him than she had feeling strong and whole. It was a natural reaction to want to run and hide where her brother was involved.
She had asked Steve over for the weekend to help her keep an eye on things, but now that the work week started she assured him she would be find if he left and would text him if anything came up. She hadn't heard a peep from anyone so she thought she was safe.
Boy, was she wrong.
Dany had just gotten up out of bed and pulled on her long nightgown so she could go check on her dragons when she heard a noise downstairs. Dany's heart jumped up into her chest and she went back to her room to grab the handgun she kept in the nightstand next to her bed. If anyone was in her house she wasn't going to be a victim again.
When she got downstairs she found a man she had spoken to on the network a couple of times just sitting on her couch like nothing in the world could possibly bother him. Dany looked confused and lowered her gun to her side, but was ready to raise it again if she didn't like what this man had to say. "Sherlock?" she asked.
Sherlock turned his head and his attention to Dany and smiled a wicked smile. Something about it made Dany's skin crawl, a feeling she was familiar with where her brother was concerned. "No, little sister," he said. "It's me. Viserys, your brother. Or have you forgotten me already?"
"Oh my god," Dany breathed and raised the gun right back up to point directly at Sherlock. "I don't know what kind of sick game it is your playing, but it isn't funny. Get the hell out of my house."
"Tsk, tsk. Is that any way to show hospitality to your guest?" He stood up from the couch and started wandering around the house picking up little knick knacks here and there to inspect them. "You thought you could get away with it, but have I taught you nothing? Fire cannot kill a dragon."
"Oh, I don't know. It killed you pretty good," Dany spat back, still shivering.
"And yet here I am," Viserys grinned. "I see you have a few new members to our little family," he indicated to the back yard where the dragons were chained. "You named one after me. How sweet. Tell me. Was it your guilt or your love for me that drove you to honor me in such a fashion?"
Dany didn't answer.
"Ah, no matter. All that matters is I am here now and I can take care of you again. You've done well for yourself, Daenerys, but those dragons can't all be ridden by you, can they? How about I take Drogon for myself? He looks to be a prime specimen."
"You stay the fuck away from my children!" Dany replied. She had meant it to sound like a threat, but her voice was so shaky it came out much more pathetic than she intended.
Viserys laughed. "Your children? Why, little sister, you've become quite delusional, haven't you? That's a shame. You have such a lovely body and perfectly pouty lips. I would hate to see all of that go to waste on something as dreary as insanity."
Viserys paused and considered his sister for a moment in silence.
"Come here," he said finally. "And take your clothes off as you come. Slowly." He was practically salivating at the thought of seeing his sister in all of her glory again.
Dany had had enough and she wasn't about to let this deranged person control her even if it was her brother. She aimed for Visery's chest, but at the last second shot at the wall behind him. That caught the attention of her dragons and they came to inspect the situation, looking agitated.
"Get out," she said as calmly and threatening as she could manage. "Next time I won't miss and you'll be feed for my children."
This seemed to successfully rattle Viserys and he looked from his sister to the dragons just behind him, nothing but a pane of glass separating them. He swallowed and then let a slow smile creep across his face. "You win this time, little sister, but I'll be back for what is rightfully mine. Think about it."
