Obi had shown that he was much more capable than he was letting on, and Loras didn't like being pulled back to square one. "Are you hustling me?" he asked, advancing almost arrogantly, pulling himself to full height to assert himself better.
When he was close enough, he lunged forward to take a jab at Obi. If it connected, it wouldn't be close enough to actually hurt him. If Obi was full of shit, he'd probably block it. With the speed that Obi was air fighting with, Loras knew Obi had the moves.
