Nonplussed, Loras stared at the man and removed his punching mitts. He tossed them to the mats. Obi had fought before, and not just on the streets. Not very many people could make Loras falter and nearly step back, but Obi had accomplished that more than once and Loras had had to plant his feet deeper against the mat.
Instead of saying so, Loras placed his taped hands on his narrow hips and waited for an explanation. He didn't feel as if he'd been tricked so much as he knew he didn't have the full story, and maybe that was his own fault for not asking, which upset him even more. He didn't like feeling stupid.
