Obi-Wan is aging surprisingly well (obi1) wrote in valarlogs,
Obi-Wan's eyes--pretty though they might be--narrowed on the bag, and they took on the hard sheen of cold steel. He wondered if it was more beneficial to think of the bag as a person. Should he aim for the head, the gut, the groin? Nah. Just hit the thing!
Which he did. He did it quite well, in fact, though he was a little less neat about catching it on the return, which undoubtedly revealed his primary weakness. In stead of catching it, he gave it a punch with the opposite hand. Almost on instinct, he blocked the return with his shoulder, which he realized immediately was not the best decision as it sent a shock of pain down his arm. It dissipated quickly, however.
He glanced sideways at Loras. "I suppose I shouldn't take it personally when the bag doesn't back down."
