I'm imagining that Jim pointed you in my direction. I didn't believe him at first, until I also started to have the dreams. He also made a point of piecing together some of my paintings to show me that they made a bigger picture than I'd imagined they would.
The mind works in profoundly strange ways.
I'm not sure what you'd like to know specifically, as it seems my dreams are happening at a later point in time than what Jim has explained to me.
There are also glaring discrepancies, in so much as Vulcan in his dreams was destroyed somehow, but in mine, Vulcan existed. I actually don't recall any such attacks on Vulcan, especially not to the extent where it was utterly destroyed. The Jim that I knew was older. And I'm assuming that the Spock that I knew was older, as well.
I'm not sure at this juncture how I might be of assistance, if you are gathering intel to gauge how significant of a timeline divergence has occurred. I prefer the blunt approach, though, so it's not too bold if you want to make a further inquiry. I can give you what details I know.
In my timeline, I knew Kirk to be the Enterprise's Captain, you as his first officer and science officer, Lt. Commander Scott as the chief engineer, Sulu as the helmsman, Uhura as the ship's communications officer, and Dr. McCoy as the Chief Medical Officer and Nurse Chapel was present and accounted for. I was the Captain's Yeoman. From what I remembered, the crew was already well established. I have enough of a firm grasp of the situation, to recall what each of you were like. That's why I'm not going to elaborate more unless you require further details, Sir.
If you have any further or specific questions, please don't hesitate to ask. I'll answer as soon as my schedule allows.
