[Birthday gift delivery to Jaime Lannister]
An antique frame for Jaime's Rubens painting is delivered along with a hand-carved rosewood box. The frame is self-explanatory. The box contains a stack of letters in Joanna's handwriting. She'd wanted to keep a record of the twins' progress so she'd started writing letters to the babies. It's time these letters reach the ones they are intended for.
The birthday card contains a quote in Tywin's handwriting, inspired by their conversation over honeydew melon wrapped in Italian ham, and his signature. It's not approval but it is far less disapproving than the messages he used to send.
