Joan: Hi there, my name is Joan Watson, I was given your number by a friend
Joan: Iβve recently become a reptile owner and Iβm wondering if your facility provides check ups?
Bubbles: Oh, hi! Um. Well, I canβt see why not
Bubbles: If you bring them in early, itβs probably easier to do a check up
Bubbles: What sort of reptile?
Joan: Brilliant!
Joan: Heβs a horsefield tortoise, heβs about six years old.
Joan: From what I know, heβs relatively healthy, but canβt be too careful.
Bubbles: Oh! He sounds super cute!
Bubbles: Yeah, I think we can do that
Joan: Thatβs wonderful! Thank you.
Joan: Is there a time I should bring him by? And what will he need? Anything I have to do?
Bubbles: We open around 8, but weβre all usually there before then
Bubbles: [Address]
Bubbles: In case you needed it
Bubbles: But the earlier you come the easier it is to fit it in with everything else
Bubbles: Iβll let the vets know when you want to come by?
Joan: 8am is perfect, I can make that.
Joan: He has had some previous issues with shell flaking.
Joan: I want to be sure Iβve got him covered for that.
Bubbles: Oh yeah
Bubbles: That can sometimes be a problem for tortoises
Bubbles: The vets are pretty good at letting people know what to do for their pets
Bubbles: Iβm sure weβll be able to let you know what to do
Joan: Well then, I look forward to seeing them
Joan: Will you be working tomorrow?
Joan: Iβd like to put a face to a name, and say thank you.
Bubbles: I will be, yes
Bubbles: Iβll probably be out front
Joan: Great, I look forward to meeting you. And Clyde does too, Iβm sure.
