"Hazel, she volunteers and works pretty much exclusively with the horses," Neal confirmed. "We do have horses, and cattle, and donkeys mainly - the horses especially, it's good for the kids to spend time with them. It's calming for some reason. But as for what you'd be doing, it'd be games and activities with the kids - we'd let you coordinate those - and also helping them with their studies sometimes too. We have some kids who are working to get their GED, studying for that," he said.
