Even knowing that Nikolai would help her, and even perhaps Kenya could be persuaded to help with her wardrobe, Stahma still disliked having to ask for such things. She could easily see to getting her own wardrobe once she was properly concealed. She closed her eyes for some moments to try and find some inner calm amidst all of this.
"Yes, you do. I am honored to have you in my life." To her, it was an honor to have Nikolai there, someone that she could trust to have her back in everything. That he would never try to backstab her in a world where trust was as fleeting as the wind. Their world was a dangerous one, and to be here where it was less dangerous, to have someone she trusted so completely, meant more to her than she could really say. Especially the fact that Nikolai would be the first person to see her in her new state said it all. She could have called Kenya or Alak instead. Though Stahma still felt a little awkward asking for Kenya's help after the things she'd dreamt of. And she did not wish to interrupt Alak that morning. She wasn't even certain if he was awake yet.
But Nikolai, even if it was too early for him, she knew he would come. And she needed him.
"I apologize for my shortness. This is not a situation I thought to find myself in." She was agitated and anxious on more than level. "I will not let anyone else see me." Not even the other bodyguards and staff that were here. All of them had come with her from Moscow, but she didn't trust any of them to see her like this and not inform either her father or Datak of the change. She didn't want either of them to know.
