Oh, I haven't told them you're Scottish. But the arcane American tradition involves cooking and eating a huge supper and throwing around a football (an American one) outside while things cook.

I know. And you should. You lost someone important to you. Don't listen to these "just in the dreams" people. They're part of us. I miss some of my friends from the FBI so much sometimes it hurts.
