I'm glad to hear that all my spoiling of Carver hasn't done him any long term harm. He bawled like he was dying all the way home, but that really only served to amuse me.
I think I should probably warn you at this point that I love my cat, but I named him after my annoying little brother, so you can see where sometimes I might delight in torturing him, as long as its for his own good.
Taking him around in the car a bit sounds like an excellent idea. I can roll down the windows and subject everyone in the neighborhood to his caterwauling.
