Sometime after dark on Monday, close to two hundred rubber ducks were launched somewhere upstream along the Thames, various sizes, styles and colors, each with a tea-light candle stuck to its back.

Colleen again, back with another one; this time from *gasp* a book. A God's Honest, paper-and-ink text. I know, I was amazed, too.
Meet Pietro Brwna (Pronounced Browna, those crazy Poles!), AKA Dr. Peter Brown, 32 year old WITSEC mob-subcontracted hitman turned doctor. No, really. He's sardonic, quick-witted, does uppers and downers like most of us breathe, and can kill you with his... well, anything. Trust me on that XD
He's an attending out of a hospital in Manhattan, who has a run-in with an old mob contact, blows his cover... well, I don't want to give too much away. But it's dark comedic gold, with enough information on medicine and the mob to actually make it fairly educational XD
Coming into the game, he's going to have an ID for some hospital (Kent NY, Satan?), the usual set-up. But the question- do we have any characters with mob ties, need of hitmen, etc? Because if he doesn't have to be in WITSEC anymore (which he won't, unless someone else reads the book), well. He's got a bit of a... violence problem. I could see him getting back into the business. XD
