"It's..." Dick didn't know quite what to say. He removed his mask and rubbed the bridge of his nose. "I've been thinking about it. I love you, so of course I have. But I didn't have any plans for... right now, but..." This would have been difficult enough in normal circumstances, and these were not normal circumstances. With a sigh, Dick extracted the letter from his glove.

"I didn't know how to tell you this, but since things are going to be difficult enough, I think you should probably know now." He held out the letter. "You probably want to sit down for this."
