"I'm sure we can find a nice place to eat around here," Anne assured him, keeping on the lookout. "And I've never had gin, but I think it's alcohol, right? I'm not a fan. I prefer fresh juice."
As if by magic, the perfect restaurant presented itself, the menu on a board on the sidewalk as was customary. Anne showed it to her friend, pointing out all the different kinds of food. "Steak and lobster, steak and pasta, steak and- well, steak and a lot of things," she said, adding a laugh at the end. "No gin in sight."
