There were some things he had told Navi, and still more that he hadn't. It wasn't an issue of not trusting her, because he did, more so than anyone else. The timing hadn't been right, was all. She was so positive, beautiful, naive, he hadn't wanted to spoil anything. He knew that he'd be telling her sooner rather than learn, and he had a certain amount of confidence that she would completely accept him, but there was always that very tiny amount of fear.
There was a smile on his lips, though she couldn't see it at the moment, and his head was filled with thoughts that statement brought on. "I might not ever leave you then." The words were spoken lightly, but a part of him, a very big part, meant them very seriously. Going to sleep with her, waking up next to her...those mornings and nights were always better. It had reached the point that he just wasn't as comfortable on the bed if she wasn't close by.
The outfit she was wearing did little to conceal her body heal, and he could feel it burning against his hands, against his entire body. He leaned his head down and started to softly kiss her neck, hands moving on their own accord, gently squeezing and caressing. "You don't have to worry about that," he murmured against her skin, feeling his heart beat quickening. "I only want you...you're addicting." He was backing her up towards the bed now, not wanting to let go.
