It took Stoney a few tries to get the hang of the portkey things. When he finally got to what he considered reasonably close to the address Teja had given him, he decided to just walk the rest of the way. If he were honest with himself, he was afraid that if he tried too many more of the portkeys he would get distracted by something interesting and forget to meet Teja. That would be Very Bad. Right now the son-not-son of Uncle Toki was his only good link to Mordhaus.
When he opened the door to the bar he was wet, muddy, and cold, with his broken thunderbird slung over his shoulder. He looked over the bar's patrons before finally spotting the only red head in the bar, behind said bar.
