WHO: Willow & Oz WHAT: Oz wakes up after the full moon and Willow is there to greet him. WHERE: The Winchester's WARNINGS: None. Closed and complete.
The last couple of days had been a complete whirlwind for Willow. She'd shown up in London carried there by a magical vortex. Tara wasn't hers anymore. Spike and Faith were good guys. Buffy had been through a lot of shit and Xander wasn't even anywhere to be found. The worst part was she couldn't get back or at least according to everyone she spoke to. She was just straight up missing several years of her life, but maybe that was for the best. The couple of years she was missing didn't sound that great. Tara died, she'd turned evil and Sunnydale was turned to dust. Those were memories Willow found she was actually glad she didn't have. She didn't feel strong enough to go through all of that.
The only form of escape Willow found from her own mind was helping Oz. He'd come to get her, try to explain things and he'd done it right when the full moon was about to hit. Sure, he could have gone to the Winchester's alone like he always did, but Willow wasn't about to let that happen. She needed to cling on to one thing that could still be real; Oz's love for her. The last memory she had before she came to London was him asking for her back. She'd denied him, something that completely broke her heart into a million pieces, but at the time it seemed like the right choice after everything, but now? Who knew. All Willow knew was that she had to help Oz.
When it was all over, Willow unlocked the cage and went inside with his clothes and a blanket. She placed his clothes aside and covered his nakedness with a blanket. It made her blush, but she tried hard not to look. Then she just sat there next to him on the floor and watched him, waiting until he woke up.
