WHO: Gabe and Lilo
WHAT: Something that's in theory not supposed to be able to happen.
WHERE: Their house in Hawaii
WARNINGS: Probably only for barfyness.

Gabe had woken up after Lilo, but even though he was looking around, he couldn't find her. He'd looked all over the top floor of the house. He was starting to look on the bottom floor, but he couldn't help being worried. He could sense her, but it wasn't her normal Lilo-feel. Something was weird.

	She was in the bathroom, curled up on the floor, cheek resting on the toilet. She was nauseated, trying to avoid throwing up for what would've been the fifth or sixth time that day. Groaning, she closed her eyes, glad that her hair was pulled back. (Reply to this)

	Well, as long as it was okay, she could panic. "But Gabey, I can't have kids." She'd been pregnant once before, and her doctor had told her that she'd have a hard time carrying kids to term. "I can't, it's going to be hurt." She felt her eyes welling with tears. (Reply to this)

I mean, I couldn't have lived through getting shot or stabbed or drowned before, but I can now, and she wouldn't ... she wouldn't have let this happen if it weren't all right." 	Lilo was already brushing her teeth when he spoke, her eyes wet with tears. She nodded at him, quickly spitting out the toothpaste. "I know, I know, I do, oh my god." She grinned and jumped onto her husband, wrapping her arms and legs around him, kissing him hard. (Reply to this)

Lilo shook her head. "I don't really know how it happened either. It just did - one day I was eating lunch and it hurt so bad in my stomach that I went to the hospital and ... " She shook her head. "I don't know why, and they didn't really either, and honestly, I doubt I'd have heard them if they had. But I know nothing will happen. You and Mama Erzulie wouldn't let it." She felt safe and loved, and in a flash, she knew this had been a gift. Not the baby specifically, but her fertility, her ability to have kids.
